**What you’ll be doing **
- Providing a point contact for enquiries to the Housing Standards team, with specific focus towards the Handyperson Plus service.
- Organise case work and processing related administration, including processing financial payments, liaising with finance officers where necessary.
- Input work processes into management software and complete data sheets for service analysis and correspondence with partners.
- Arrange and attend meetings, taking and circulating minutes.
- Regularly showing an ability to communicate in a professional manner on a variety of inquiries, showing initiative and where appropriate and dealing with contentious issues.

**You must have **
- 5 GCSEs A-C grade or equivalent, including in English and mathematics or equivalent qualification/ experience to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skills.
- You must also be a highly organised and resourceful individual, able to work responsibly.
- Experience of working with vulnerable individuals and external agencies in a busy customer focussed environment.
- You should also have experience of project administration and the ability to deliver complex or time sensitive programmes.
