**6 Month contract with the possibility of extension**
**37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday**
As part of the HR team, you will be required to deliver a high level of service and continually look for ways to improve experience and needs. Alongside this,the HR Officer will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of HR policies& procedures, initiatives and systems across a wide range of stakeholders. You will responsible for providing high quality, legally compliant advice and support to managers across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
In addition to this, you will be:

- Planning, prioritising and organising skills to effectively deliver individual and service objectives across a busy workload and to deadlines.
- Good communication skills including note taking and drafting correspondence.
- Good listening skills and the ability to respond to the diverse needs of others and to present information effectively and in a manner that is appropriate to the recipient.
Person Specification
Previous experience working in a fast paced HR team, providing advice on HR policies & procedures, employment law & employee relations issues.
Experience of dispute resolution and of working effectively and collaboratively with managers/employees, to build trust and support the achievement of appropriate outcomes.
Ability to work on and support HR projects that cut across organisational boundaries including change management.
Able to work well as a member of, and contribute to the team and respond to change positively.
**Salary: £16 per hour depending on experience.**
**Start Date: ASAP**
