**The Role**

We are recruiting for a new position as a HR Adviser to develop and grow the Employee Relations and HR Communications within our company. Reporting to the Flexibles HR Business Partner based off site and the Site SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible for:
**Coordination of all Recruitment Processes and supporting the managers in the interview and onboarding process**

**Administration and maintenance of accurate records in the HR Systems, Files and communications**

**Supporting methods of improving employee engagement**

**Management and support of all Employee Relation Issues**

**Monthly reporting on Absence, Turnover and Headcount and ER discussions**

**Ability to support the managers, coach, facilitate and influence outcomes that you don’t directly control**

**Deal with other general employee and HR enquiries including training, performance, development, skills and job specifications.**

**The Person**

**Educated to a minimum of CIPD Level 3 or hold a minimum of 3 years experience of working within a HR role**

**Good understand of all aspects of Employee Relations especially disciplinary and grievance procedures.**

**Good knowledge and understand of UK employment law and HR best practice.**

**Fully conversant with Microsoft Office especially excel and experience in using other HR Systems**

**Can demonstrate good communication skills with all stakeholders within a business**

**Proactive, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable**

**Excellent Interpersonal Skills**

**Experience of managing conflict and achieving positive outcomes**

**Must hold valid UK driving licence.**
