You will be responsible for growing our clients new Advanced Battery Science business. Concentrating on lithium-ion battery components, battery cell and battery pack manufacturing, assembly, recycling and R&D, within Region North (UK, Ireland, Netherlands,Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Define the go to market strategy for Region North for the battery sector, in collaboration with the global, cross-functional battery project team
- Achieve Internal Operating Plan (IOP) for the market
- Map and identify and support interactions with key customers and suppliers within the market
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders within the sector
- Design a marketing strategy for existing (and new products) to promote battery solutions
- Support with the education and training to the sales teams within the region
- Leverage our wider enterprise offering with the market segment such as collaborating with Lab and Production Services for onsite service opportunities

Experience Required
- BSc/MSc/PhD in a relevant technical field
- Proven experience within the Advanced Battery Science Technology (Electric Battery) industry
- Proven B2B international business development experience
- 5+ years global leadership responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
