In the Executive Assistant job, you will be:

- Proving general administration support and secretarial duties to Principal and Senior team members
- Responsible for diary management, arranging meetings, booking travel, associated logistics (travel, food, beverages etc) and reviewing expense claims
- Handling highly confidential information, data inputting, producing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Undertaking additional duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Service

To be considered for the Executive Assistant role, you will have:

- Previous PA / Secretary / Senior administration experience within an office environment
- Intermediate IT skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access, along with the use of IT databases
- The ability to communicate confidently and fluently in Welsh - due to the nature of the role
- Prioritisation skills; working to deadlines and responding positively under pressure
- An ability to work as part of a team or independently using own initiative
