Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at H9 Human Resources. As an Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Manager, enabling them to be productive with their time.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a Personal Assistant in a previous business for a Senior Manager or Executive. You will be responsible for managing a busy diary, making appointments, and arranging meeting rooms. You will also be the first point of contact for clients, answering queries, taking messages, and fielding calls where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming communication, ensuring that all mail is processed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Organize and make travel arrangements when necessary, and ensure that all work activities are scheduled effectively.
  • Communicate on a daily basis with Directors, ensuring a high level of awareness of current priorities and whereabouts.
  • Liaise with various internal and external employees and stakeholders of the business.
  • Project management, liaising with and supporting the Leadership Team on projects, meetings, and other initiatives.
  • Networking internally - building relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Senior Manager with internal communications and content creation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written skills.
  • Ability to forge and maintain good working relationships with customers.
  • Well-articulated, with excellent communication skills to all levels of staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
