We are searching for an HR Administrator to join our People & Culture Department, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making Bluecube Technology Solutions the best place to work.
This role offers a variety of tasks and responsibilities, often changing every day and is inevitably challenging.
Life at Bluecube is fast paced so you will need to be someone who is comfortable managing a high volume of activity and a lot of moving parts at the same time. You will have the necessary communication skills to liaise with employees, of all levels, confidently and directly. All with a friendly smile and professional manner. The high volumes mean you will enjoy getting to know a vast number of colleagues around the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide full administrative support to the Head of People & Culture
- Responding to queries via the HR mailbox
- Act as the first line support for HR related queries & requests from employees
- Maintaining our HR system HiBob
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process across the business
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience in a similar role with knowledge of HR
- Must have experience in administration in a busy environment including producing letters and maintaining comprehensive records
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages & Outlook
- A great communicator and collaborator with people of all levels.
- Time management and organisational skills

**Salary / package**
- £25,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience
- 24x7 Confidential Support Line (health & wellbeing, counselling, family, legal, general advice, etc)
