**Description**:
Peopletime, part of the PSSG, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their very friendly, busy HR team based in Milton Keynes. This role would suit someone who is organised and recognises the importance of following clear processes but also enjoys variety and the chance to show their initiative and make the job their own. In this role you will work closely with the HR Advisors in order to support clients with their HR requirements. If you are ready to take the next step in your HR career,

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up new starters and process leavers on in-house computerised HR system
- Create offer packs on document signing software
- Manage documents and create templates on document signing software
- Ensure accurate and timely information is passed to payroll for relevant clients
- Scan and upload documents to HR system
- Log referees and chase references as required
- Action contract changes and other in-service administration
- Deal with leaver administration, including holiday calculations
- Complete client audits
- Undertake basic system admin tasks, i.e. sending out login details and portal guides
- Set up and maintain electronic HR files
- Archiving files and documents
- To carry out other duties as may from time to time be reasonably required

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Required**
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Ability to build effective working relationships quickly and often over the telephone is essential
- Must be a self-starter and able to work on own initiative
- Ability to work professionally and effectively
- Must have methodical approach to workload to ensure completion of routine tasks
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner, both with colleagues and clients
- Good time management skills are essential in order to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player, willing to undertake tasks outside of usual remit in order to assist colleagues in meeting deadlines
- Must be discreet and able to uphold confidentiality at all times

**KNOWLEDGE**
- At least 2 year’s experience in an HR administration role would be desirable
- Experience with multiple and diverse client groups would be advantageous
