The content Executive is responsible for supporting a small content team in securing speakers and organising conference agendas across a range of international Events.
In the role you will be expected to manage multiple process and administration projects, with a focus on on-boarding speakers and supporting the content delivery of the event.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Responsible for creating consistent processes to support and onboard speakers across all our event portfolios.
- Assist content team with research to identify new speakers and ideas for themes / topics for agendas.
- Build positive relationships with speakers and their assistants to ensure smooth on-boarding from point of accepting to speaking at an event.
- Working closely with the programme managers to meet deadlines for design/print, speaker communication, agenda updates, delegate/exhibitor mailings.
- Prepare ad hoc reports about the state of play of agendas, keeping track of deadlines and supporting the activity to confirm speakers.
- Manage speaker registrations, chasing relevant documents; bio & photo, papers, and dealing with speaker queries.
- Support proof reading within the team.
- Liaison between content team and both the operations and marketing team to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Update the website with relevant agenda content.
- Administrative support to organising company site visits alongside events
- Attend your allocated events to run the organisation onsite when required

- Ability to develop long-term relationships with speakers at senior levels
- Impeccable integrity and demonstrates high standards of behaviour
- Well-organised and able to meet multiple deadlines on multiple projects
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
