We are recruiting for a unique and challenging role to join our continually expanding private healthcare business.

TAC Holding Ltd is a parent company to several audiology, ENT and clinical ear care businesses across the UK, and we are looking to recruit a permanent full-time Clinical Operations Administrator to join our small and friendly head office in Edinburgh.

The role will primarily support the Group Clinical Administration Supervisor, who in turn supports the Group Clinical Operational Lead who is responsible for a UK wide senior nursing team.

You will have full access to a company pension scheme, enjoy working on a flexible schedule and along with this, you will have the opportunity to gain your SCQF Level 6 apprenticeship in Digital Applications Support with our provider - QA. Full on the job training in our internal systems will be provided.
- Salary - £16,000 per annum
- Working hours - Mon - Fri 37.5 hours per week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Transcribing medical notes and dictation
- Use of internal booking systems to arrange meetings, travel and accommodation
- Blueprint & Strato
- Sending medical referrals to other medical and allied healthcare professional
- Use of Microsoft packages and excel spreadsheets
- Complete clinical audits
- Work closely and provide administrative assistance with the compliance team
- Process and update all relevant documentation where appropriate, using manual and computerised systems, providing information and records as requested

**What Are We Looking For?**
- You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Ability to demonstrate a professional approach in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a growing team
- Good understanding of MS packages
