We are a busy firm of Accountants in Herne Bay seeking an Admin/ Receptionist/Office Assistant.
Hours: Full-Time Mon - Fri 9 - 5 pm, or we can discuss reduced/ flexible hours.
Duties to include:
- Answering telephone and greeting clients
- Sending out Statements
- Scanning, filing and handling client records
- Ordering of stationery and office equipment
- Post and franking
- Raising invoices on Sage
- Banking duties and petty cash
- Maintenance of client database
You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of Digita and Sage would be an advantage, however, training will be given.
