**Workspace Events Coordinator**

**Reporting Line**: Workplace Manager

**Location**: London

**Salary**:Up to £33,000 DOE

**Role Overview/Purpose**:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an amazing team workplace team in a fast paced office environment and be a driving force behind the office experience for our staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring personalized service for every event, our employees are our clients.
- Oversee set-up personnel for performance, cost effectiveness, including budget management.
- Support Customers and vendors during onsite meetings and events.
- Contact and direct outside service providers as needed to meet customer requirements.
- Delivering events in line with client values
- Coordinate with the Workspace team to order and maintain a working inventory of conference room furniture, equipment etc.
- Coordinate conferences and events using customer preferred scheduler.
- Oversee possible office amenities (Pop-Up Shop, local vendors onsite for the day, etc )
- Managing the events calendar for your region, including all logistics for events
- Negotiating contracts with external venues and suppliers
- Creating an engagement calendar for in office events, including wellness activities
- Supporting the Workspace Experience manager with any local initiatives along with driving engagement within our office.
- Follow up post event with clients for feedback, to better evaluate success and improvement opportunities
- Maintain the highest level of communication with the business and event hosts.

**Education, Qualifications & Experience**
- 2-3 years of service experience with an emphasis on events, hospitality, corporate services, property management, or equivalent office management experience.
- You enjoy event planning and have independently planned workplace events of several types.
- Have good technical grounding in AV setups to support client requirements effectively.
- You’re comfortable independently and autonomously owning projects.
- You’ve managed outside vendor relationships e.g. external event companies.
- You have excellent customer service skills, with a strong positive presence.
- You’re proactive, resourceful, organized and an ability to react changing requirements.
