**Are you an Expert Liaison Officer, looking for a new and exciting challenge?**

Our Client, a medical reporting and rehabilitation treatment service provider, working with an expert network of medical professionals, are recruiting for an Expert Liaison Officer to join their team in St Helens and help develop and grow the business through maintaining existing and growing new relationships.

About to embark on the next stage of their impressive growth journey, which includes moving into their newly refurbished offices in the centre of St Helens, they want to add an experienced liaison officer with an eye for business development to the team, to help them achieve their goals.

**Duties for this role include**:

- Sourcing appropriate providers across a wide range of medical services
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Identifying best practices to refine the company’s sales cycle.
- Ensuring all medical experts are suitably qualified and hold a license to practice.
- Regularly auditing our providers to ensure details and registrations are up to date.
- Ensuring medical experts achieve the company’s expected service level requirements in terms of service and quality.
- Investigating and addressing any concerns/ complaints raised with regards to any of our suppliers
- Effectively negotiating competitive fees with all our providers.
- Contract negotiation and closing.

**Personal Specification**:

- Previous experience in Medico Legal recruitment is essential.
- Previous experience with business development
- Experience working with legal entities/law firms is a major plus.
- Keen attention to detail
- Fast working, proactive and confident individual
- Passionate and goal focused individuals are a key interest.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
