Gas Service Liaison Officer

At Liberty, we are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring our service providers database to ensure all appointments are booked, liaising with tenants to ensure their contact details are up-to-date, and filing out and serving NOSP's. Additionally, they will hand deliver access letters and NOSP's, compile reports, and keep records on gas compliance.
We are looking for a caring and empathetic individual who understands and supports the needs of a diverse cross-section of customers. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 or a customer-related discipline, GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths & English, and a valid driver's license. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access, is also essential.
