Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gas servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the service providers database to ensure all appointments are booked and managed efficiently.
  • Liaise with tenants to ensure their latest contact details are correct and updated, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Prepare and serve NOSP's (Notices of Service Providers) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Hand deliver access letters and NOSP's to residents, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Compile reports and maintain accurate records on gas compliance, providing valuable insights for our team.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a customer-related discipline.
  • GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English.
  • Valid driver's license essential for travel to various locations.
  • Desirable: experience in gas servicing within a social housing environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
