Overview:
FTC 6- month, full-time, hybrid (3 days per week in a office, Moor House) #LI-Hybrid #LI-MH1

To oversee and support Executive Assistants with general administrative duties and travel requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Legal Signings -support all requests received in SigningsEMEA inbox and general housekeeping of mailbox
- Management of online Signing portals: DropBox Sign and DocuSign (adding new members when needed/sending instructions, liaising with IT on DropBox issues)
- Supporting admin requests from senior management
- Coordinating board paper and various document requests
- Translating documents where needed
- Supporting with travel requests for senior management & stakeholders
- Events assistance
- Liaising with vendors
- Adhoc admin requests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience within administration gained within a corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and deal with conflicting priorities
- Organised, structured and ability to work under pressure
- Able to act with confidentiality and with profesionalism at all times
- Approachable and friendly nature
- Educated to A Level
