Head of Complaints

We are looking for an experienced, innovative, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to lead our Complaints and Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) Team.
The post holder will need to be able to demonstrate their ethos of continuous improvement and co-productions.
They will take an active role of leading the team to support our operational services whilst keeping our service users and trust strategy at the heart of what they do.
They will need to be responsive to all concerns raised, work with other departments to triangulate data, and work to gain resolution in a timely manner.
