At Pets At Home we are motivated to find the best talent in the Logistics & Distribution industry. Right now we are looking for a Profit Protection Administrator to join our Warehouse team in our brand new Fulfilment Centre in Redhill, Stafford

**The Role**:
The Distribution Profit Protection Administrator plays a critical role within our team. The main purpose of the role is to support the retail and distribution teams with investigations into missing stock and general queries relating to stock integrity. The role will investigate and report on issues notified by our store, distribution, and e-commerce teams across the estate. This could be missing or damaged stock or assets, compliance around delivery processes or issues with regards to delivery related documentation. The data gathered will help us drive the direction of our initiatives within our Distribution network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stock Integrity - collate and investigate reports of missing and damaged stock or assets, reporting back on where/how the error occurred.
- Collate reports of failures within the delivery processes, highlighting errors to the relevant department.
- Support where errors occur with missing delivery information, liaising with the relevant departments to ensure deliveries can accurately booked in.
- Where stock is not located following investigation, credit the correct location to ensure book stock accuracy is maintained.
- Make recommendations with regards to training for existing colleagues and new starters, based on factual gathering of evidence to identify the problem.
- Build effective working relationships.
- Complete data analysis of various reports to highlight trends in data relating to DC stock integrity and asset protection.
- Using data generated, recommend improvements to increase accuracy and reduce shrink.

**The person**:

- Strong mathematical skills.
- Experience of any consumer lead environment.
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems or similar.
- Collaboration: must be able to work in a team orientated environment, both internally and externally with key stakeholders and industry professionals.
- Problem Solving: identify and analyse problems.
- Detail: must have a strong attention to detail.
- Consumer focused: support the building of a stronger consumer brand, which will enable us to become the destination of choice for pet care.
