Sales and Business Administrator

Do you have a background in administration and want to join an exciting robotics international family business?
Our clients aims to make farmers' lives easier with innovative solutions and services. Providing solutions and advisory services to generate a more sustainable, profitable & enjoyable future in the dairy industry.
The key responsibilities within this role include, but are not limited to taking and inputting sales orders, sales, and logistics of parts and consumables, as well as supporting other team members.
**Skills/Experience Required**:
- Receive & process customer orders
- Generate invoices to customers
- Raise parts orders for the Service Technicians
- Register internal invoices and credit notes
- Process service orders
- Follow up weekly and monthly reporting
- Update and maintain accurate records using in house software
- Carry out internal process checks for compliancy
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries
- Other admin tasks, as and when required
- Experience of using Salesforce (preferred but not essential)
