**Resident Liaison Officer - Lewisham**

Actaris Site Services is looking for 2 x Resident Liaison Officers in Lewisham, London.

**Salary**:Negotiable

**Job Type**:Full-time, Permanent

**Hours**: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm

**Experience**:
**Duties**:

- Health & Safety
- Ensure residents are aware of all works due to be carried out, the timescales, and staff, and make sure they have the contractor’s contact details.
- As an RLO, you will be the crucial point of contact for residents we are carrying out work for, delivering excellent customer care to ensure the work program is met.
- Visit residents in their homes to discuss their specific circumstances and compile household profiles to assist in delivering work.
- Issuing relevant documentation to residents
- Achieve targets for resident satisfaction.
- To investigate and assist in resolving any complaints by residents in connection with the works. If however, you are unable to resolve initially you will need to ensure that the Contract Manager is briefed on cases that will require their input for resolution.
- To provide statistical information on customer satisfaction results as required by the Management Team.
