Hyde is looking to recruit an ASB Apprentice.

Are you passionate about creating safe and harmonious communities? Are you interested in pursuing a career in housing and tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB)? Hyde are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice ASB Officer.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the ASB team in managing and responding to reported incidents of anti-social behaviour within our housing properties.
- Learn to conduct initial investigations, gather evidence, and document incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the ASB Officer in liaising with affected residents, witnesses, and external agencies to gather information and address concerns.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and databases related to ASB cases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Shadow experienced ASB officers during visits to affected properties and attend meetings with residents, community groups, and partner agencies.
- Undertake training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship program, enhancing your knowledge and skills in ASB management and housing regulations.
- Maintain regular communication with the ASB team, reporting on progress, sharing insights, and seeking guidance as needed.

**Requirements**:

- A genuine interest in housing management and resolving anti-social behaviour issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Effective organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
- Availability to participate in the apprenticeship program, which may involve attending training sessions and completing coursework.
