**Your mission**:
At Engitix, we believe our people are our biggest asset and understand the value in putting them first. We are looking for a People and Talent Associate to act as the first point of contact for all people ops related queries. Reporting into the People and Culture Senior Director, you will be coordinating all recruitment activities, managing employee onboarding and plenty more

You will be a true people person - confident in your communication style and ready to be hands on with any project. You will have the opportunity to use your current knowledge, develop new skills and work across the employee lifecycle.

**What **you’ll** do**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, payroll information, and benefit enrolment
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts, including posting job listings, screening applicants, liaising with agencies and scheduling interviews
- Act as the first point of contact for employee requests, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive work environment
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, benefits enrolment, and other administrative tasks
- Support the processing of all types of parental leave, working with employees to ensure they understand our policies
- Assist in the administration of leavers and conduct exit interviews
- Provide administrative support during performance, promotion and compensation review processes
- Assist in the management of the end of year annual leave reconciliation process
- Ensure we're building a healthy culture by driving communication initiatives across our teams
- Participate in the constant improvement of our employer brand by strengthening our social media presence

**Your profile**:
**What you’ll need**:

- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational abilities, and an understanding of HR policies and practices
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to manage ambiguity well, flexing your priorities to ensure we're moving the needle on what's important
- Experience within a People/HR team and looking to take on more responsibility in this area
- Collaborative approach to working with others and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment
- CIPD qualification or degree or equivalent experience
