Office Administrator

**Full Time (35 hours) Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining communications with internal and external parties
- Maintaining filing systems
- Databasing information
- Contacting new referrals
- Scheduling counselling assessments / TCI appointments
- Overseeing office supply levels and general purchasing/ ordering of supplies
- Managing the counselling office phone and responding accordingly
- Signposting to other organisations/ services, where required
- Completing DBS checks
- Assisting the Director with tasks, where required
- Assisting the Senior Administrator with databasing, where required
- Taking telephone referrals
- Minuting meetings, where required
**Skills**:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Experience in a customer/ client facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of word software, including excel
- Experience with technology and software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Brilliant attention to detail
- Strategic planning and scheduling skills
