Your dynamic responisibilities will include
- Procurement:

- Using your keen negotiation skills to source materials and services from our trusted suppliers, securing competitive rates.
- Nurturing innovation by exploring new suppliers to bring fresh, high-quality solutions to the table.
- Mastering the art of deadline management, ensuring our operational and customer demands are met with precision.

Planning and Coordination:

- Crafting and managing service call plans, ensuring all customer needs are addressed.
- Tackling operational administration.
- Collaborating with our sales and operations teams, prioritising tasks effectively
- Serving as the guardian of our fleet information, proactively ensuring it's up-to-date and monitored.
- Championing health and safety administration with unwavering diligence.

Transport:

- Skillfully arranging transport bookings for our vehicles and outsourced work
- Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to minimise empty journeys, reduce transport costs, and lessen our environmental footprint.
