We are recruiting for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join a very successful and expanding company in Welham Green.

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers and help solve technical problems. They company prioritise delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is a crucial step of that process This is a new position within the company and so you will have a critical hand in shaping company onboarding plans and activities

The company can offer a hybrid working pattern with flexible hours, however, please note that initial training may require 5 days in the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through to successful use of products
- Help customers to understand the added value of products to them and their business; able to tailor to particular user needs
- Research potential customers and sales leads with a view to providing new business and customer insight
- Give demos to customers via Teams/Zoom and webinars
- Complete video and phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding process
- Help solve technical problems to ensure continued buy-in
- Work with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations
- Work with internal teams to build evergreen content and resources for customers (and other organisations) to use for education and to drive rapid product adoption
- Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when onboarding customers
- Manage churn / upgrades / KPI’s
