Job Title: Office administrator

**Salary**: £12 - £13 per hour
Location: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Contract: Temporary on going 6+ months (Work from Home)

COMPANY PROFILE

A well established and growing construction company is seeking a meticulous and hard-working administrator to support them whilst the office manager is away on maternity leave. This role will be ideal for someone who has a high level of accuracy and happy to work on a temporary on going basis.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Great attention to detail
- Confident answering and making calls
- Confident using Microsoft packages including excel
- Experience with xero or similar accounting software is useful.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dealing with payroll and submitting hours to spreadsheet.
- Invoicing and managing purchase orders.
- Taking calls from clients and customers.
- Ordering and booking skips.
- Looking after upcoming vehicle maintenance, tax and Mot’s.
- General administration tasks.
