Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Hatfield/Welham Green
Hours: 7.30am to 16.30pm Monday to Friday
Holiday: 23 days plus 8 days statutory bank holidays

**Salary**: £27k per annum
Contract: Permanent

Smart 10 Ltd are looking for a motivated and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the responsibility of the receipt, storage, assembly, and distribution of heating systems. The role requires a culture first approach working with a small hard-working team across two warehouses.

Skills Required:

- UK Driving License - Manual
- Forklift Counterbalance License
- Good communication skills / written and verbal
- X2 years’ worth of Warehouse Supervision experience
- Computer literate and competent with ERP systems
- Qualifications in either Procurement or People/Stock Management
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety within a warehouse environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for all warehouse duties and issues
- Manage ordering, receiving, storing and dispatch of products
- Manage full stock takes
- Warehouse administration duties
- Managing a team through 121’s, quarterly PDR’s, training and goal setting
- Recruit, induct and onboard new starters
- Manage control asset tracker COSHH data
