***An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Business Administration Coordinator within the Corporate Governance administration services.**
**This post will provide the administration and executive support coordination function to Executive Members of the Board. Initially, this will be working with the Trust’s Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development, but there may be opportunity for rotation within the Corporate Governance team to support another member of the Executive team in the future for wider experience and development. Working in a fast paced environment you will work closely within the corporate administration team providing a wide range of support to the Corporate Governance function. The role is dynamic and challenging.**

£25,655 - £31,534 per annum pro rata (Band 5), starting salary in accordance with any previous NHS length of service.

The post-holder will be responsible for managing multiple diaries and have experience and competency in managing corporate assurance and operational meetings; including, forward planning and agenda creation, distribution of papers, taking formal Board level minutes and preparing and reviewing associated action logs, reports and data.

You will often work under pressure and without direct supervision, so we are looking for someone confident and capable. You will prioritise tasks, and manage your own workload, providing support for your colleagues where required. You will become an important part of the team, working to ensure that every patient receives high quality care.
