**Salary**:
£23,000 - £25,000 + performance related bonus

Tasks
- You will be working inbound and outbound enquiries to prospective companies with the intention of them joining our partner network, working towards team and individual targets.
- You must be able to work under pressure, utilizing your sales skills to build strong relationships with potential new partners.
- There is a degree of account management involved.
- Be responsible for growing our business partner network by direct telemarketing.
- You will have to be adaptable with being able to sell to different types of prospects.

**Requirements**:

- We need someone with a background of at least 2 years direct B2B telesales experience, used to nurturing leads and building relationships with business prospects from the initial contact to converted customer.
- Someone who is resilient, self-motivated and has a passion for achieving goals who can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Overall, we need someone who can demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude to the sales team and the company as a whole to ensure we grow the partner network massively to help the company achieve its overall growth targets.
