Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at GTCO. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
