Key Responsibilities for Graduate HR Administrator:

- Provide initial HR response to the client as part of the HR first line response team adhering to SLA’s and KPI’s
- Triage and route enquiries to the appropriate resource or escalate to specialists
- Provide an excellent customer experience to the business whilst handling employee relations queries
- Maximise 1st time resolution of inquiries by clarifying desired information researching,
locating and providing information
- Research required information using available resources;
- Log call details in an effective manner in the systems;
- Escalate appropriate cases to the Specialist teams;
- Support Managers with letter writing for first response calls where appropriate;

Essential Criteria for Graduate HR Administrator:

- A passion for Human Resources demonstrated within studies or work
- Strong Customer Focus with experience of working in a customer
- oriented environment
- Confident communicator, with the ability to articulate a high level of oral and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone
- IT literate and a confident user of Microsoft Office
- Solution orientated with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Able to work on own initiative and also work effectively within a team
