**Full-time, temporary position over a month based in Birmingham, offering £12/hour.**
Are you a recent graduate or equivalent looking to take your first steps in HR? Or perhaps an HR professional looking to gain some extra experience before securing you next position? Then this could be the role for you Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will be providing HR administrative support within a close knit team, whilst working for a national organisation.
-Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Providing administrative support to the HR team, assisting with onboarding, retention and leaving processes
- Filling, scanning and uploading documents
- Maintaining personnel information including updating databases, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
- Other administrative duties when required

**Prospective applicants must have previous administrative experience, and experience working within HR. They must be highly organised, with a high attention to detail, and have excellent communication and teamworking skills.**
The role is for one month, but may open the doors to other opportunities.
