**About Us**: RMS is a dynamic and independently owned Employment Business, committed to providing people focused Recruitment, HR and Payroll solutions on a national basis.

A permanent position, consisting of 37.5 hours per week, this is office based, working within a small team of 3 between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4pm Friday.

**About You**:If you have experience in receiving data via time and attendance systems, possess a keen understanding of multiple shift systems, and excel at calculating wages with precision, we would love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Reception and Integration**: Administrate, validate, and process employee attendance data seamlessly from time and attendance systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for payroll processing.

**Shift System Expertise**: Navigate through various shift systems, understanding complexities and contractual entitlements to accurately calculate wages, encompassing all overtime, premiums, holidays, and statutory payments.

**Payroll Accuracy**: Working with SAGE software to execute precise calculations to guarantee accurate and timely disbursement of wages for temporary and permanent personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

**Problem Solving**: Identify payroll-related challenges, using analytical skills to resolve discrepancies, ensuring the highest level of accuracy. Responding to all associated payroll queries in a timely and people focused manner.

**Pension Administration**: Oversee pension contributions in accordance with Auto enrolment, ensuring compliance with regulations.

**Data Management and Reporting**: Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status. Supporting the collation and distribution of year end reporting.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in payroll processing using SAGE software, particularly in handling and interpreting data from time and attendance systems through to BACS submission.
- Working knowledge of excel is essential.
