You will provide proactive support to the people function in all HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Time & Attendance related administration and work closely with the People Manager to ensure a high quality service is delivered to the business.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

- Complete transactional HR, Payroll and, Recruitment activities accurately and efficiently

Maintain an up to date knowledge of HR processes

Timely creation, collection and storing of accurate documentation

Maintain and update the HR system & recruitment databases

General administration support as and when required

We also offer the opportunity for development with the option to complete a level 3 CIPD qualification.

**About you**

Previous administration experience (minimum 2 years) essential.

Proficient computer skills is essential, with knowledge of G-Suite (Google) preferable

HR experience is desirable

Payroll experience is desirable.

We require someone with a flexible approach to work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and line managers would be an advantage, along with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
