Volution Ventilation UKis looking for a **Data Administrator** to support the Procurement function by principally collecting, analysing, evaluating, and maintaining data relative to supplier expenditure, market intelligence, procurement KPI’s, contracted trading agreements, along with administrative support including data validation, verification, and maintenance within the MRP system.

**You must have basic Excel skills including pivot tables, charts/ graphs, v-look up totals, and analysis.** This will be assessed during the interview process.

You will be able to work accurately and efficiently whilst being a great team player. The ability to learn new systems, and processes, quickly is a critical requirement.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Assist the UK Head of Procurement with the tracking & reporting of Group wide projects, and initiatives, from an administrative perspective.
- Develop knowledge on product data requirements for all purchased materials and ensure that is fully reflected in Epicor (ERP).
- Own, and manage, critical supplier, and product information projects.
- To be responsible for sending communications for new requirements and information requests to internal/external stakeholders.
- Upload, analyse, and review supplier pricing.
- To prepare and develop a suite of reports, as requested by your line manager.
- Complete all aspects of vendor onboarding activities, including credit checks, and bank verification, ensuring key documentation is appropriately stored for records and traceability purposes.
- Aid the Procurement function in streamlining, labour intensive, administrative tasks to enable functional progression, and added value.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Excellent, and demonstrated, planning and organisation skills.
- Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, both verbal and written, at all levels.
- IT Literate, proficient in MS office (especially Excel) PowerPoint, Power BI, any MRP systems.
- Able to quickly, and easily, adapt to internal systems, personnel, and processes.
- Ability to work well within a team, supporting one another, as well as individually.
- Ability to meet deadlines that have been agreed.
- Report gathering and preparation, with professional and confident presentation skills.
- Effectively carry out basic data entry/handling of data sets.
- Ability to analyse data and present results and trends is essential.
