We’re looking for **Network MI Administrato**r to join our TK Maxx site in Crew, supporting the site’s reporting function, to ensure we can support customer order fulfilment. You’ll predominately work Monday to Friday but, we do ask for you to be flexible on your approach as some weekend work maybe be required to meet the site and customer’s needs.

You’ll work 40 hours per week - any 5 days of the week (This is logistics after all). We’ll ensure you have your rota well in advance

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£23,000** per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Access, manipulate, interrogate and analyse data around all elements of the operation including KPIs, resource, performance and forecasting from various data sources
- Present data in a consistent and understandable format meeting agreed timeline.
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports / statistics, both internal and external in line with agreed contract specific requirements
- Become a champion for the site system by managing and maintaining daily activity and requests.
- No 2 days are the same so if you like a fast paced, evolving role this could be ideal

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- You’ll need to be an analytical thinker, enjoy problem solving, and be inquisitive
- You’ll need previous experience in a similar operational role and environment
- Have good operational knowledge including KPIs, productivity and performance drivers
- Previous experience of manipulating data, producing reports, presenting data in different formats
