As an Administrator, you will be an integral part of our client's Finance and IT function, supporting the Member of the Board as their Personal Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience while working alongside a dynamic Executive Assistant team.

Here's a glimpse into what your responsibilities will entail:

Complex diary management and coordination of meetings, including agenda preparation and data collation.
Network and collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues and PA's to support Board Member activities.
Review and prioritise correspondence, prepare daily schedules, and approve documentation for Board Member review and distribution.
Act as a brand and Board Member ambassador, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Identify and explore opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure the efficiency of operations in the Board Member's office.
Organise complex national and international travel arrangements, providing a step-by-step schedule and supporting documentation.You'll be joining a dedicated and diverse team, supporting the Member of Board for Finance and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. No two days will be the same as you immerse yourself in the day-to-day running of the office, adding value through efficiencies and process improvements.
