**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor to join our team. The L&D Advisor will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for learning, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive organizational growth and development.

You will drive, monitor and review all learning engagement, to ensure a continuous apprenticeship and skill pipeline that delivers the future capability needs of the business through learning needs analysis, creation, design, delivery and evaluation of training activities and ensures compliance with internal policy, funding bodies, third party suppliers and all stakeholders.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Identify training needs and create, develop and design specific training materials as required.
- Assist in creating, designing and delivering management development modules both across the organisation and within individual brands.
- Implement and maintain an induction for all levels of employees within the Brands.
- Evaluate all training to ensure objectives are met at an individual, team and brand level.
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Provide a high standard of customer service to the business and be an ambassador for Learning and Development at all times.
- Maintain trackers and data for all work experience, placements, internships and traineeships and manage all the relationships to ensure the smooth running of the schemes.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in learning and development, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to streamline training administration, tracking, and reporting.
- Deputise for the Head of L&D & represent L & D on cross functional project teams.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to the Store and Brand Management Teams in relation to all matters relating to Learning and Development within the organisation.
- Facilitate training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, webinars, and on-the-job coaching
- Support the Head of L&D to manage the relationship with all relevant external parties including training providers, assessment and quality bodies and government agencies.
- Routinely generate reporting from engagement / coaching / learning data for Apprenticeship Manager, and other audiences, of the programme, project, initiative, Private Training Provider and third partner organisations
- Liaise with Site/Area Manager/HR Business Partners, external agencies and third-party suppliers to align activity to their needs
- Participate in weekly meetings and generate reporting as required; attend and participate in monthly management meetings and report back regularly cascading all relevant information to team/Site/Area Managers and HR Business Partners as appropriate.
- As and when required to support wider L&D, HR projects / initiatives under guidance of Apprenticeship Manager

- Excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Able to maintain a high standard of quality whilst managing a varied and demanding workload to strict timescales.
- Degree, professional qualification, or equivalent level by experience, as relevant to the role.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data for a range of purposes.
- Ability to present data and concepts to influence a range of stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills across the disciplines of textual, verbal and visual communication to a wide range of audiences to internal / external stakeholders and third-party suppliers
- E-learning design experience/capability (desirable)
- LMS systems experience (desirable)
