As our **Human Resources Advisor, **you will provide front-line support to colleagues and managers across the business.

**Our Human Resources Advisor will have the following responsibilities**:

- Manage investigation, disciplinary and grievance processes for absence, timekeeping, capability, and conduct issues, ensuring that both Company policy and employment legislation are followed
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including liaising with temp agencies, recruitment providers, psychometric testing, interviewing and HR administration
- Assist in determining the learning and development needs of colleagues and identifying training solutions, including administering the apprenticeship levy
- Prepare contractual documentation including offer letters, employment contracts and ad hoc letters outlining current or changes to terms and conditions
- Administer absence management records and improve absence management across the business, including absence review meetings
- Coordinate Occupational Health support via 3rd party suppliers
- Facilitate new starter and new manager inductions
- Administer HR systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date
- Administer colleague benefits including but not limited to discount platform, cycle to work scheme, private medical and EAP
- Support health and wellbeing initiatives
- Support execution of our collaboration charter and lead by example
- Lead annual and ad hoc Company surveys as appropriate

**Experience and skills required by our Human Resources Advisor**:

- A relevant Degree qualification and/or minimum of 2 years experience within a generalist HR role
- CIPD qualified/working towards membership of CIPD
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to use good judgement
- Strong administration and numerical skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- A full clean UK driving licence (or equivalent)
- An eagerness to understand and keep up to date with UK and EU employment legislation
