**About the Role**

We have an exciting vacancy for a Recruitment Business Partner to take ownership of the delivery of an effective recruitment service to corporate, and retail partners, from attraction to onboarding.

As the Recruitment team leader, you will lead a team of 360 recruiters in executing end -to-end recruitment processes across corporate and retail sectors, encompassing all types of recruitment activity from identifying where ads should be placed, arranging careers fairs, and headhunting strategies. Your role involves managing the recruitment lifecycle, fostering client relationships, and driving team performance. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you will contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives to meet organisational talent needs effectively.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide clear direction and leadership to the recruitment team, setting performance goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate and retail positions, including job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and headhunting techniques to attract top talent.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, understanding hiring requirements, providing recruitment updates, and managing expectations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, collaborating to devise tailored recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, market intelligence, and innovative solutions to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Management and control of recruitment budget/spend analysis.
- Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key recruitment insights, trends, and achievements.
- Time-to-Fill Report
- Source Effectiveness Report (effectiveness of different recruitment sources)
- Cost per hire report
- Retention rate reports

- Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including corporate, retail, and headhunting roles, preferably across diverse industries.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in headhunting methodologies, executive search, and talent mapping techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
