**Accountabilities and Main Duties**:
Due to the high value of works within our company order book, we are looking to take on a Contracts Department Administrator to add to our growing company.
This role would suit someone who is organised, has great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering all incoming telephone enquiries for the Contracts Department - dealing with queries or transferring call to relevant person / department
- Managing supervisors / operatives holiday requests and approvals, and logging on to the department Planboard
- Booking hotels for installation team requirements. Logging details onto hotel costing spreadsheet and work diary then forwarding on booking confirmations.
