Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our commercial team, providing support with contract reviews, negotiations, and management.


About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Completing contract reviews and proposing amendments
  • Identifying commercial risks and adhering to protocols
  • Attending customer-facing and internal meetings
  • Liaising with Sales and Finance departments
  • Preparing cover letters and processing documents for signature
  • Maintaining accurate records, including electronic systems, spreadsheets, and hard-copy filing
  • Managing reports from the contract database
  • Managing the team email inbox and acknowledging, actioning, or directing queries
  • Attending weekly team calls and providing progress updates
  • Drafting and processing contractual notices
  • Providing in-house staff training

Requirements:



  • Prior experience working with contracts in the construction industry
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable team player with a positive attitude
  • Confident communication skills
