Job Summary

MURVILLE CONSULTANCY LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, engineers, and sub-contractors while maintaining close liaison with clients at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent team management skills and the ability to demonstrate team development. They will also be expected to exercise financial and commercial controls in the management of expenditure and income within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage budgets and performance to ensure day-to-day contract requirements are fully met.
  • Managing projects and delivering against contracted targets.
  • Exercising financial and commercial controls in the management of expenditure and income within budget.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • Hold relevant electrical qualifications.
  • Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager ideally with an M&E/Building Services market.
  • Excellent team management skills and the ability to demonstrate team development.
  • A good understanding of Health and Safety.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent in the use of computers and data handling including Microsoft Office systems.
