We're looking for an Administrator to join our Building Solutions Team based in Sheffield.
**Location**:Sheffield, office and site based
**Contract**:12 Months Fixed Term Contract, Full time
**What will you be responsible for?**
As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Building Solutions Team, supporting them in various areas.
Your day to day will include:
- Liaising with supply chains and residents when required
- Develop effective working relationships with client and contractors' representatives to reduce duplication and ensure consistency of information and approach
- Input job status/notes on the system (concept/ site systems)
**What are we looking for?**
This role of Administrator is great for you if:
- Previous experience in administration
- Able to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Teams
