Based in Park Royal you will be working in a team under the supervision of the Operations Manager

**The Office assistant Role**:

- As an office assistant you will be required to do the following.
- Corresponding with third party suppliers/ other depots to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations
- Dealing with customer issues
- Proficiency in the Navigator booking system desired however training will be provided
- Good decision-making skills/forward thinking and be able to prioritize and make decisions.
- Working as a strong team player
- Chasing Proof of deliveries for UK and International shipments with third parties and dealing with queries
- Warehouse processing of consignments

**Hours and Salary (Operations office assistant)**

Monday - Friday

**Rotating shifts**
- 08:00 - 17:00
- 09:30 - 18:30
- 10:00 - 19:00

**Essential Experience for the Office Assistant;**
- Good spoken and written English
- Must have industry experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Accurate, with strong attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Punctual and reliable
- Prioritisation and organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Freedom software knowledge (desirable) however full training will be given
