We are seeking an innovative, creative-minded Social Media Content Strategist to join our dynamic team at Protein Bargain.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies across several brands within the sports nutrition sector to boost brand awareness and drive sales. The role focuses on strategically planning and executing social media campaigns, including the planning, creating and analysing of content to ensure data-driven results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategy: Develop and oversee effective social media strategies and campaigns that align with each company’s overall marketing goals.
- Content Planning: Create content calendars and timelines for a range of social platforms, based on strategy, competitor analysis and trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Innovation: Be the voice for new ideas and create a hype for our brands on socials. We are particularly looking for somebody forward thinking with a vision for social media growth.
- Campaign Assistance: Assist the Marketing Manager on planning campaigns for product launches, events and photoshoots.
- Influencer Marketing: Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes and affiliates, monitoring their code success and providing reports measuring their success.
- Analytics: Generate regular reports, monitor performance, and identify innovative trends and opportunities for further growth.

**Experience Required**:

- Experience of working within social media is an essential requirement for this position.
- Proven track record of driving follower growth, engagement and sales.
- Previous experience working with influencers, understanding the industry and how to approach paid/gifted opportunities.

- Can think outside of the box to create viral worthy content.
- A passion for growing new and upcoming brands.
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced working environment, juggling multiple brands simultaneously with effective prioritisation and time management.
- Proficiency in analysing social media data and converting insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong teamworking skills to work effectively with the marketing department and sales department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A ‘can do’ attitude is essential.

**General**:
Work Location: Units 17 Webber Estate, 7 Webber Road, Liverpool, L33 7SW. In addition, there may be an occasional requirement to visit customer and/or supplier premises when necessary.

Hours: Normally Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:00pm with 30-minute lunch break, but a flexible approach to working time may be necessary to meet business requirements**.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
