You must have a minimum of 1 years’ agency experience and this is not a flexible role so please, no recruiters or applications for remote working.


About You:


Experience: 1-2 years as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.


Platforms: Proficient in using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.


Tools: Skilled in Canva, Capcut, or other video editing software.


Content Creation: Capable of shooting and editing various video and photo content (e.g., interviews, TikToks, headshots) optimised for social media.


Account Management: Excellent at multitasking and managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.


Copywriting: Strong communication and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail.


Proactivity: Ability to independently generate creative ideas with minimal guidance, while engaging the team in social content.


Strategic Thinking: Competent in developing social media strategies, conducting monthly reports, tracking analytics, and providing actionable insights.


Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation and social media campaigns


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement for both clients and Blaze Media.


  • Conduct social media audits, competitor analysis, and stay up-to-date with algorithms and trends


  • Deliver monthly reports,  setting measurable goals & showing ROI on all campaigns.



  • Create and schedule captivating content for social media platforms


  • Generate and share creative ideas to enhance content output.


  • Manage community engagement to grow followers and strengthen the digital presence of brands.
