We are seeking an innovative, creative-minded Social Media Marketer to join our dynamic team at Protein Bargain.

You will be responsible for executing day-to-day social media activities across several brands within the sports nutrition sector to boost brand awareness and drive sales. The role involves bringing exciting, new ideas to the team, content creation, posting, community engagement and influencer partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Scheduling: Write engaging captions and schedule daily posts across various social media platforms, adhering to the monthly content calendar.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the design team to bring social media content to life, as well as creating short-form video content for Reels and TikToks and repurposing Podcasts and YouTube videos into bitesize clips.
- Innovation: We are looking for somebody forward-thinking with creative ideas and a vision to create hype for our brands on socials.
- Community: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs promptly, to foster a vibrant community for each brand.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices. Experiment with new features and platforms to increase engagement.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify potential influencers whose audience aligns with the brand’s target markets, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with athletes and affiliates. Coordinate product sending and content creation with influencers.
- Sales Optimisation: Utilise social media platforms to drive direct sales, through platforms like TikTok Shop.

**Experience Required**:

- Experience of working within social media is an essential requirement for this position.
- Proven track record of driving follower growth, engagement and sales.
- Previous experience working with influencers, understanding the industry and how to approach paid/gifted opportunities.
- Confident in front of the camera and willing to think outside the box to create viral worthy content.

- Strong teamworking skills to work effectively with the marketing, design and sales departments.
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced working environment, juggling multiple brands simultaneously with effective prioritisation and time management.
- A ‘can do’ attitude is essential.

**General**:
Work Location: Units 17 Webber Estate, 7 Webber Road, Liverpool, L33 7SW. In addition, there may be an occasional requirement to visit customer and/or supplier premises when necessary.

Hours: Normally Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:00pm with 30-minute lunch break, but a flexible approach to working time may be necessary to meet business requirements**.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
