Are you a creative and passionate individual with a talent for storytelling and video content creation? We are seeking a talented Content Creator and Social Media Assistant to join our team at Utilise Social. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in producing high quality content for Social and Paid usage, leveraging your creativity and expertise to deliver compelling digital assets that resonate with target audiences and improve conversion rates.
- Create weekly innovative content for brands across various digital platforms, with a focus on trends and high engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm ideas, refine concepts, and execute content ideas that align with the client objectives.
- Create high-quality social native content across multiple channels, including TikTok, IG, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Assist with growing our social media presence across all brands.
- Stay updated on emerging and current trends, tools, and best practices in content creation and social media marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our work.
- Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the client's tone, voice, and values.
- Conduct live sessions on TikTok to engage with our client's audience.
- Build relationships with social media influencers and local UGC content creators.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, challenges, and features to produce timely and relevant content.
- Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your creative work across various digital platforms.
- Experience using video tools (adobe creative suite) and in-app content editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with team members.
- A keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling, coupled with a deep understanding of social media trends and consumer behaviour.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for creativity and innovation, with a drive to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Confident being Infront of the camera.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
