**Position Overview**:
The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Rare London’s brand vision, drives engagement, and supports business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative flair and a deep understanding of digital content trends, SEO best practices, and audience engagement strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute a holistic content strategy that supports Rare London’s brand goals and marketing objectives.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.

2. **Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other content creators to ensure visual and textual content is cohesive and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.

3. **SEO and Analytics**:

- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Regularly report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy.

4. **Brand Voice and Consistency**:

- Ensure all content adheres to Rare London’s brand voice and style guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a content style guide to ensure consistency across all channels.

5. **Audience Engagement**:

- Develop strategies to increase audience engagement and foster a loyal community around the Rare London brand.
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback and comments on social media and other platforms.

6. **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align content initiatives with overall marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify content reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role in the fashion or retail industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative content ideas.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the latest trends and industry developments.
